All payments made through Sellolab are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.

2. Billing Errors and Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue where purchased minutes, credits, or features are not delivered to your account, you may contact us for support.

To investigate your request, you must provide valid proof of payment, such as a receipt or transaction confirmation issued by Paddle.

If the issue is confirmed, we will manually credit the corresponding minutes, credits, or features to your account.

3. No Refund After Successful Delivery

If the purchased minutes, credits, or features have been successfully delivered to your account, no refunds will be issued.

4. Paddle Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle. Any billing disputes or chargebacks may also be handled in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable regulations.
